Steadfast Transmissions is a dedicated wholesale rebuild bench for Treasure Valley repair shops. You pull the unit — we pick it up, rebuild it beyond factory spec, test it, document it, and return it ready to install. No retail customers. Shops are our only customer.

Most shops lose money — or lose the job entirely — when a modern multi-speed transmission comes through the door. Steadfast exists so you can say yes to that work and keep your bays turning on jobs you do best.
Pull the unit
Diagnose and pull the transmission like any other job. Call us and we'll schedule pickup — usually same or next business day, anywhere in the Treasure Valley.
We rebuild it
Full teardown with a documented inspection report, upgrades at known OEM failure points, hydraulic air-check and valve body vacuum testing before it leaves the bench.
Reinstall & get paid
We deliver the finished unit with its build documentation. You reinstall, your customer drives away happy, and your shop gets the credit. That's the whole point.

Labor-Claim Warranty · Your Shop Is Never Left Holding It
A warranty you can sell with
A national reman warranty covers the unit and leaves your shop eating 100% of the R&R labor. Ours doesn't. If a covered failure is our fault, we reimburse 50% of your shop's remove-and-reinstall labor — coverage the nationals simply don't offer.
Stock Rebuild
Solid, documented rebuild coverage on every stock unit. All parts supplied by Steadfast covered in full.
Upgraded Rebuild
Our upgraded builds — with OEM failure points corrected — carry double the coverage. This is the build we're known for.
Warranty claims answered fast
Call us, we inspect the unit, and you get an approval decision within 48 hours. Verified claims reimburse 50% of your shop's documented R&R labor — and parts supplied by Steadfast are covered in full.
Warranty terms require installation of a new or Steadfast-supplied torque converter and a cooler flush or replacement at install. Labor reimbursement is capped at standard labor guide hours for the job. Full written terms provided with every unit and to every partner shop.
